Tru Hair T/A Pink hair solutions is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within our business operations or supply chains.
Although we are not legally required to produce a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our turnover being below the £36 million threshold, we recognise the importance of acting responsibly and ethically.
Our Business
Tru Hair T/A Pink hair solutions operate within the hair and beauty industry, sourcing products from established suppliers.
We are committed to ensuring that all workers are treated with dignity and respect. We uphold fair wages, reasonable working hours, and safe working conditions across our operations.
We support the freedom of movement for all workers and do not tolerate any form of forced or involuntary labour. We are dedicated to providing a workplace free from discrimination, ensuring equal treatment regardless of gender, religion, or ethnicity. We expect the same high standards from all partners and suppliers.
We raise awareness of modern slavery among our staff and ensure they understand their responsibilities in identifying and preventing it.
Our Supply Chain
We work with reputable suppliers including Ellen Wille THE HAIR-COMPANY GmbH (Germany), a recognised manufacturer within the industry. We expect all suppliers to comply with relevant labour laws and uphold ethical working practices.

We aim to:
- Work only with trusted and established suppliers.
- Avoid suppliers that do not meet ethical standards.
- Remain aware of risks within global supply chains.
- Continuously reviewing and improving our policies and procedures.
Due Diligence
At present, due to the size of our business, formal audits are not conducted. However, we rely on supplier reputation, location, and industry standing when selecting partners.
Future Steps
As the business grows, Tru Hair T/A Pink hair solutions will look to implement more formal due diligence processes and policies to further mitigate risks.
